Best albums that mix various genres?
I find these type of albums to have the most replay value in my collection.
A couple of my favorites...
Beck - Odelay (hip hop, country, alternative, etc.)
Clash, The - London Calling (punk, pop, jazz, etc.)

DVD Talk Hall of Fame
Talking Heads- pretty much any album, but particularly Remain in Light
Wilco- again, pretty much any album
Come to think of it, where do you stop with this question? There are lots and lost of bands that mix up genres. There are entire genres that are mixes of other genres.

Gruvis Malt - Maximum Unicorn (jazz/rock/hip hop-they call it futurock). My album of the year. Really an amazing band. http://www.myspace.com/gruvismalt for a sample.
