As I watched these come in SBJ had a real solid pick but I think that cdollaz complete collection

i have a fear of DMB, I don't think he's value add. I'll admit that the Santana in mano365 almost ruled out

I knew all along I'd be with Giles on his picks, as he and I have very similar tastes, and he went more
with his heart on the choices. Anyone who picks Boo Radley's as his nr 1, when pretty few people have heard
of them is brave.

Overall a much stronger set. couple of weak links but appeals to me.

I think the bus is my overall top pick.. So that's a simple one.

Tripwire - Again, my age favors newer bands. But Lokimok has some GREAT records. The Violent Femmes really tipped the scales for me and the Bjork set is super.

monkish - Elvis Costello and They Might Be Giants swung it in his/her favor.


4. Numanoid vs. BadlyDrawnBoy
numanoid - This was really tough for me, I don't like Neil Diamond at all, but Devo and Duran Duran are both just great.

orangecrush18 - The Deluxe editions tipped it my way -wink- . Also, I listen to the Mars Volta at least one every day at work.

Flynn - #1, 5, 7 and 10. Rogue's #5 and #10 nearly stole this for me.

Drexl - #1, #2 & #5. Jimdrix's #5 & #7 made this decision tough.

cdollaz - soooo close, but he just has more records I love. BTW - I almost chose Sweet Baby James simply for his #1 pick.

Round 3: monkish (XTC, TMBG, EC :thumbsup:; the Stone Roses disc is one of my all-time faves, but the bulk of illennium's list is made up of albums that I want to listen to, but haven't yet. Bummer.)
Round 4: BadlyDrawnBoy (as much as I admire Numanoid's list, two words: Purple Rain)
Round 5: DJLinus (quite possibly the best collection in this game :) )
Round 6: Rogue588 ("Lights please..." A Christmas album was a ballsy choice that paid off; it helps that I dug out the Christmas music last week)
Round 7: jimdrix (Man, this is the toughest one so far. But considering I'm wearing my Revolver shirt right now...)
Round 8: cdollaz (The Clash vs. Cash. Now, there's a toss-up)
Round 9: Vryce (same problem as Round 3)
Round 10: ryuryu2949 (Tribe. 'Nuff said. Plus Goldie was a great choice)
