Hendrix: Live at Woodstock -- which version of "Message to Love"?

The concert movie Hendrix: Live at Woodstock begins with clips of people on their way to the festival, set to "Message to Love". For some time now I've been trying to find out which version of the track is used in this sequence. I've heard at least five versions of the song but it's not any of them. Can anybody help?
