According to IMDB, it's "The Scenario"

From beastiemania.com - the definitive musical resource for all your Beastie needs.

"...an intended non-LP B-side called "The Scenario", a murder story that the group calls their best song, proved too graphic for CBS [Records]" - Creem, May 1987

"...a repetitive nursery rhyme-like piece with ludicrously over-the-top crack references" - excerpted from Rhyming & Stealing: A History of the Beastie Boys by Angus Batey

Due to the Beastie Boys and Def Jam's legal disputes over contractual obligations and the Beasties subsequent move over to Capital Records, Def Jam manager Russell Simmons intended to follow up the Beastie's Paul's Boutique album with his own record of the Boys' vocal outtakes applied to new music; it was to be called Whitehouse. This album was never released commercially although demos of these tracks do exist and have turned up on several bootlegs like Original Ill on Blue Moon Records.
There are two versions of this track I've seen floating around - neither officially released. The first is simply the recording from the movie - so incomplete. The second one is very demo-sounding, but it does contain the full song.

Here are the lyrics - fairly repetitive.

I know some of those lyrics show up on Paul's Boutique in the song/medley B-Boy Bouillabaisse.
