How do you pronouce the band "Dokken"?
 

Is it correctly pronounced "Doh-kin" or is it "Do(as in dock)-ken" or neither?

The same way they do: "Dock-in".

Yup same as rockin', as in "You're Rockin' with Dokken".

Didn't they used to promote them as "Dokken, rhymes with Rockin"?

not really sure. I just remember them on TV back in the mid 80's saying "You're rockin' with Dokken and The Beat". That (The Beat) was a video show they were the guest hosts on.

Although.....they could have gone in a different direction with a slightly different pronunciation, and promoted themselves like:

"You're tokin' with Dokken!"
