I'm aging myself here (42). The original version of "American Pie" holds bitter-sweet memories for me. The good: reminds me of my childhood. The bad: sang along to the song at a party with a friend. It ended up being the last time I saw her. She was killed in a car wreck a few days later.
Other songs that hold good memories from my childhood: Hey Jude, pretty much any Three Dog Night, Tom Jones, and Simon & Garfunkle songs.
"The Tide is High" by Blondie reminds me of high school and drinking beer with my pals in one of their mom's big ol' station wagons

Tesla's "Love Song". Brings back several memories of me and my girlfriend hanging out of the local rock club. We were so into the music scene. We used to go there several times a week and watch local bands perform. Fun, fun times.

Two that stand out:
The Motels: Only the Lonely...hear this and suddenly I'm 9 and playing with Transformers again.
Jane's Addiction: Classic Girl, reminds me of a very confusing but fun summer I had between high school and college.

So many.
3 songs stand out though for emotional reasons. I can't hear "Say Hello 2 Heaven" by Temple of the Dog or "In The Living Years" by Mister Mister without damn near bawling, thinking about my dad who was killed in '90 when I was 16. Also, he was a big Pink Floyd fan so "Wish You Were Here" is another one.
