A beautiful piece of music and instantly recognizable. Used in both The Thin Red Line and 28 Days Later.

Yes! I know the exact one you're talking about, even though I didn't know it's name until now.

Lacuna Coil - "Heaven's a Lie" (Acoustic)

where can i find this?

JMLEWIS1 08-16-04 11:25 PM

among others that have been mentioned:

Eva Cassidy - I know you by heart

This song i beautiful. What makes it more moving is Cassidy's untimely death. Also, this song plays on a local commercial here for a hospital that specializes in heart transplants. This commercial tells the story of a kid that was killed in a car accident and a 65 year old man got his heart. It shows the mother meet the man and she places her hand on his heart and you can see in her eyes that it's like she is touching her son again. It's very beautiful.

Of course I'd also add Imagine by John Lennon and You Look Wonderful Tonigh by Clapton
