I voted for Lateralus simply because it's had the largest impact on my life in terms of getting something emotional back from music. Tool's been my favorite band for years, and I've listened to them since Undertow, so usually I just say "all of them."

Out of the 3 full length albums my vote goes for their new album. 
Actually I choose Lateralus as well. As I've grown to like the music and lyrical content alot better than the previous albums.
