Roger Waters still need to make money of the Pink Floyd name...he should just call it Roger Water's I Need To Steal Your Money Wall Broadway.

I still remember the Berlin version with Cindi Lauper and cast...

yup, pick up the Roger Waters: Live in Berlin double disc, just a bunch of cameos.

That was simply a one-off concert to celebrate the destruction of the Berlin Wall. It was put on totally as a gesture of good will. Nobody made any money from it, AFAIK. Hardly the kind of thing tronmaster was alluding to.

Good stuff

and for someone who regrets that The Wall "tour" never came to Chicago back in the day - as the kids say - I would love to see some version of it live. Even after all these years it is still one of my all-time favorite concept albums (yes, I had it when it was vinyl).

It's about time. I've heard Roger Waters talk about this in interviews for ever. As someone who likes the movie I'm hoping that if this is big maybe we'll get a re-release of the movie all cleaned up.
