The song matchmaker thread

I had this idea that we should list a couple of songs that we are currently listening to a lot, and then other people could recommend other songs that seem like they would be a good match. I'm curious how often someone would recommend a song that the original poster isn't even aware of. I know that despite the fact that I've been listening to music for 20 years, I am still constantly finding new old songs that become one of my favorites.

Anyway, here are the songs I'm listening to several times a day lately:

Dire Straits - Romeo & Juliet
Wings - Wanderlust
Jackson Browne - The Pretender

All three of which I've only discovered in the last 3-6 months.

So I would respond with (to match your three):

Richard Thompson - Dry My Tears and Move On
??? (Don't have anything for the Wings song, sorry)
Warren Zevon - Desperadoes Under the Eaves

And then do I post three of my own for someone to match, or what?

yeah, and thanks for the suggestions. I've been meaning to check out Warren Zevon - only familiar with "Lawyers, Guns, and Money" and "Werewolves of London"

my idea for this is for the people who are familiar with a diverse array of perhaps lesser known songs to match them up with the favorites posted.

OK, here's my three:

Pulp - "Weeds"
My Morning Jacket - "Dancefloors"
Black Box Recorder - "Girl Singing in the Wreckage"
