new Tortoise: thoughts?
 

Anyone pick up the new one It's All Around You? Post your thoughts here

I actually didn't pick it up because I thought it was boring. I can't even pinpoint what the "problem" with the album is - I just found it to be very dull.

On the other hand, I think that it's their best work since TNT.

I've given it several listens and I really like it. It doesn't knock Millions... and TNT off of their tied for first place spot on my list but it's better than both Standards and the first album, IMO.
