The Cure (news from EW)
 

The main points are that [1] Geffen will release the next Cure album in June, [2] Interpol (!) and The Rapture (!!) will open some of their pending Curefest (a little too close to Ozzfest?) tour dates and [3] (for any purists out there) they only allowed their songs to be used in commercials so that Join the Dots could be relased.

Damn, it would be great to see Interpol or The Rapture -orgasm if both- open for The Cure.

In Interpol related news, a remix of "Untitled #1" was posted on their official site a couple days ago.
