New Coldplay CD?
 

Does anyone know if Coldplay is in the studio for a new CD? I believe I heard this recently, but I wanted to see if anyone else out there knows....and when the release may be. Thanks.

They are currently recording it but it won't be released until 2005

Sounds like it might be a while. I'm guessing they will be long forgotten about in the US once it actually comes out, which will just consumate the tradition of British bands in America... Travis... Oasis...etc...

I read a while back in an interview in Q magazine, that Chris wanted to call their next album "Make Trade Fair You C**TS!" :lol:

God enough with the ****ing make trade fair shit. I'm sick of seeing this ****er on the cover of magazines waiving his goddamn hand around with a magic marker URL. I have nothing against fair trade, but for christs sake that's all this guy talks about. Maybe he should switch subjects sometimes to liven things up, like giving crayons to needy kindergarteners or something. Christ I'm gonna have a heartattack I better slow down.

haha! Apparently Coldplay want to take their music in a new direction, which I must admit has me a bit worried. I believe they are going to be in the studio for sometime, but with Chris' marriage to Gwennyth, the baby, etc. I can see that the new album is going to take awhile.
