Upcoming Concerts
I might go to British Sea Power tomorrow night and I'll probably go to Broken Social Scene on the 25th. But this:

I'm seeing Yngwie Malmsteen tonight at the Key Club in Hollywood, CA. George Lynch is opening up. Should be lots of guitar licks to enjoy. My ears will probably be ringing tomorrow though.

June 6- Clapton & Friends
I bought tickets for this on Saturday, and using tickmaster.com selected best available. Well, I was stupid and didn't actually check to see the various seating, since I figured its all the same price. Well, it turned out iffy. I got "Field/Standing Room only". I guess this means I have to get there really early. Anyone have experience with this kind of concert arrangement? I'll be there for over 12 hours probably. I'm guessing if I need to eat or use the bathroom, I'll lose my spot? I'll be there with another person, so maybe we can keep our spot by leaving one of us there at all times. Dunno. Oh, one more question on this. Anyone been to the Cotton Bowl in Dallas Texas? Is this a football stadium or what?

Franz Ferdinand and Tv On the Radio are playing the same night next week. Same place, but two seperate shows.
April and May have some pretty good stuff like:

DVD Talk Hero
I was planning on making my anual trip to Music Midtown in April, but the lineup is pretty sucktacular this year, so that's out. I was also planning on seeing the new Dream Theater solo tour, but the jackasses aren't coming to any cities in the Southeast for some reason, so that's out too. And I have backstage passes for the next time Live visits Atlanta, but of course, they're not coming. So ... I've got nothing to look forward to.
