Name that tune: Recent spoken word/alt-rock hit?

I vaguely remember this song that I think was by a fairly well known female artist, but her brother or some such does this spoken word schtick about a fast-drivin' girl and her zipper or something. Would've been on the radio within the last 2 or three years at the most.

Sounds like Poe's "Hey Pretty" from her Hauted album, released in October of 2000. The male vocal is Moby. Outstanding album.

Actually, it's the "Drive-by 2001 mix" and the passage is from Mark Danielewski's House of Leaves.
