Anything by Gene Hoglan (Death, Strapping Young Lad, Testament). He's especially remarkable on the SYL song, Oh My *****ing God.
Also like to mention Dave Lombardo (Slayer) and Chris Adler (Lamb of God). Can't state any specific songs but anything they've done is great as well. (Though the production on the 1st LoG album sucks especially on the drumming).

Iron Maiden's latest CD "DANCE OF THE DEAD" has really great drumming by Nicko McBrain. He's normally great but it seems like he really went over and above on this one

ill throw in another recommendation for tool.
i will also add blue man group- audio. WOW. if you have a decent system and have a DVD-Audio player, get it. the drumming isnt technical, but its a LOT of it, and very very high energy.

OMG, that's hard. There's so many, I guess I'd have to say just about every Who track with Keith Moon on it would be a good example. Or any Zeppelin track with Bonzo.
Jazz CDs have a lot of awesome drumming on them, particlularly anything with Elvin Jones, Buddy Rich and Art Blakey.
