I finally picked up the new cd last week. Got around to listening to it over the weekend. I have to say I am not digging it that much. Bukowski is ok, probably the best song on the album IMO. I use to be a big Bukowski reader and that is probably why I like it so much. I forgot the one track, but it is such a poor Tom Wait's attempt that it is sad.
I also wasn't that big of a fan of Moon & Antarctica either, so I think it is safe to say they won't put out anything I like any more. It is just the direction they are going in I guess. Which sucks, but that happens to a lot of the bands I like. |

This past weekend's Subterranean on MTV2 had the Float On video as well as Isaac Brock as the musical guest during the 2nd half hour. It's the first I ever saw him other than still photos. He was a lot different than I imagined. Was a cool show to catch if it re-airs again.
