Saw Los Lonely Boys at the ACL Festival. They were good, but I still prefer good ol' Los Lobos.
Thinking I may not be able to avoid the 'Roo this year though... Trey, Dylan, Willie, Byrne, Wilco, SCI, Los Lobos, Galactic, moe., MMW, My Morning Jacket, Grandaddy, Vida Blue...Christ, they all rank among my favorite bands. You going to Vegas, Bust? Praying I get tix...Thomas & Mack's only 10 minutes from my house. |
I was drooling over this at sharingthegroove.... I think I'll have to go this year. I don't think I could put together a better lineup as a fantasy - it's like all the shows I struggle to make it to throughout the year all mashed together in a weekend :D.
I'd love to see Chris Robinson play with Gov't Mule again, it was incredible in the fall and hopefully it'll happen again this summer. |

DM+F actually puts on a really solid show. I'm a bit skeptical about the Dead, but I'd love to see Wilco, Dylan, Soulive, Yo La Tengo, Trey, Willie Nelson, David Byrne, MOE, and 5-6 others...
I'm really gonna try to make it out there for this... |
Originally posted by Bust Tickets or no, I'll be there. Already have my flight booked and reservations at Terrible's (speaking of which, was that a good idea?). Rumor has it that moe. will be playing each night after Phish at the House Of Blues. I've heard the moe. rumor as well...hope it's true. I've also heard rumors that the Disco Biscuits, Particle, Umphrey's McGee and Leftover Salmon are doing after-parties. |
Holy crap, I am so there for this.
I say that every year and something always comes up. Third time's a charm! |
I just picked up the Bonnaroo Music Festival 2004 CD, pretty impressive.
