Song title request (early '90's rap)

I'm looking for a name of a song and the group who preformed it. It was pretty popular if I remember right.

The chorus (if i remember it right) went like this-

"Back in the day when I was young

I'm not a kid anymore

but sometimes I sit and wish I was a kid again"

REPEAT

I know someone knows the song I mean, any help would be much appreciated.
