Wilco, U2, Spoon, Old 97s. And I'm sure a bunch that's in the works that I'm not even aware of.

Didn't Urge Overkill break up like several years ago? Or are they back together? I never heard anything worthwhile from them after the great "Saturation" IMHO, though...

Ooh, I forgot about the upcoming !!! release. I wish LCD Soundsystem would put out a damn full-length. I love every song I've heard by Mr James Murphy. Granted, that's only 4 -and one was an alternate version of another- but, hey. You get me.

"Losing My Edge," to this day, has not lost uuh any of its edge.

Absolute #1 right now: John Vanderslice - Cellar Door. Just over a week away!

Beyond that...

RJD2
The Avalanches
Burning Brides
Wilco
Mclusky
The Walkmen
Sixtoo
Fiona Apple
Bjork
90 Day Men
Hikaru Utada

I'm interested in a new Old 97s album, although I didn't care for Satellite Rides much.

Whoa, I hadn't heard that rumor. Could be my #1 for sure. I'll be especially happy if it accompanies a tour with a nearby stop. It's been almost 4 years since I last saw a NIN concert.

With Dave Matthews Band going back in the studio soon, hopefully there will be a new album this year.

Other than that, I can't think of anything.

Yeaaaah, what's all this talk about a new (!) Avalanches LP? I heard they are doing a remix of Belle & Sebastian's "I'm a Cuckoo" (though, The Avalanches being The Avalanches probably won't even make it sound like a remix).

some music retailers have the new disc (entitled Bleedthrough) in their computer systems for a spring release (march or april, i can't recall which exactly). that seems too soon considering nothing has really been said about the record other than the title and that its being described as "imperfect." it remains to be seen exactly what that means.

www.nin.com has a new front page but it hasn't changed in a few weeks. hopefully some news will come soon.

Murder! Maybe Courtney can include a picture of herself paying the hitman in the boxset!

Since You Left Me has to be one of the best albums in recent years. The Avalanches are truly talented.
