Extensive? That's a bunch of crap. There is not a show anywhere near Houston. I understand you can't hit every market, but there should be a show in either HOuston, Dallas, or New Orleans. The nearest show to me is Phoenix or Denver. That's really weak. How can you leave an entire region of the US out. BTW, where the hell is Uncasville, Conn?

Way out in eastern Connecticut. The Mohegan Sun, a giant Indian run casino hotel entertainment complex is there. It's about a 2 to 3 hour drive from NYC.
