sorry, i did a search for "texas chainsaw massacre" and came up blank for it in thread titles. surprise, surprise.. the thread you linked to doesn't include "massacre", so it's no wonder i didn't find it!

as for google, i'm well aware of its benefits as a song locator... but i had forgotten the words and this computer doesn't cope with trailer downloads, so i couldn't relisten to it... as a matter a' fact, i think i even introduced the idea of googling a song to a few people on this forum - i distinctly remember reading somebody thanking me for the tip... prolly cuz i like remembering all those great things about myself!

anyway, THANKS for the help!

anybody recommend the albums that this song is on? (those being the Lost Highway sndtrk or possibly the entire album by This Mortal Coil?!) i'm very curious what their songs sound like overall. any comparisons would be helpful!

thanks a lot for your help, rypro and butters!

Someone in the Movie Talk Forum also wants to know.

Where are you seeing the trailer?

I saw the trailer today, at this afternoon's screening at "Freddy Vs. Jason" can't say I remember even hearing a song, the most memorable part of the trailer is at the end where you hear a woman screaming and running from the right rear speaker to the front right speaker across the screen and into the extreme left speaker(no footage just sound) - bar nun, the best use of 5.1 surround sound in a trailer I have heard in a long time.
