Where can I find this? I did a search in several online album retailers, but nothing came up.

Am I the only one who got emotional during the telethon episode that had "David Bradford" the only member of the family not want to take part? As the elder son of Tom and Joan Bradford, he had enough of having to help out with raising his seven younger brothers and sisters. He had enough of the burden his father placed on him after his mother died, and he had enough of the entire family. A telethon was the last thing in the world he wanted to participate in, and he was not shy in letting his family know that he wanted no part of them either.
But, after the telethon was almost over, David Bradford (Grant Goodeve) made a surprise entrance and sang for the people. The song: Eight Is Enough - and it expressed his thoughts and feelings from his position as the elder son. The expressions on the rest of the family while he was singing was priceless, and it eventually became the show's theme song.
It is cheesy, yes. But the feeling behind it is anything but.
Also, I'm looking to make a compilation of TV theme songs, and it wouldn't be complete for me if this song was not among the rest.
