need help finding a song that was back in the late 90's

the tittle is Summertime. i forgot who the artist is. Can anyone help me out? thnx

The only song I know called Summertime is by Jazzy Jeff the Fresh Prince, but that was early 90's. What genre of music is it?

like the aftermath wrote...Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince had a hit in '91 with "Summertime" [hip hop]. and a chick named Nocera had a hit in '86 with "Summertime, Summertime" [freestyle/club].

seems like there has been someone else in the 90's that resung the song.

The Sundays put out a song called Summertime in 1997 on their album "Static and Silence." Since then, it's been in a handful of commericals and has graced supermarket radio across the country...though I'm not sure if that's the song you are looking for.

Here's a question that may help us all: is it a guy or a girl singing?

Crimpshrine had a song called Summertime, but that was long before any of the versions mentioned here so far... plus, nobody's heard of Crimpshrine... it was one of my favorite songs in high school though.

while we are in the 90's, my gf wants to know who does the "I wanna be bad" teen pop song. Uses lots of vocal effects, and I can't stand it.

Is it Doin' Time by Sublime, it talks about summertime in that song. It is on their self titled album.
