I always thought that too, but pretty much debunked that theory when you consider Orbison was dead when they started Vol 3, so surely if it was a rights issue as a consequence of his death, I can't see how it would effect Vol 3. I am happy to be corrected, as I don;t actually know the answer either, but still suspect there are some problems with rights - somewhere.
