I'm pretty sure this is a popular dance/rave song, but I don't know the name. Possibly by ATB?

Here's the best I can describe it - there's no vocals except for several times throughout the song you here a crowd chanting:

"Whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh; whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh; oh-oh-oh-oh."

Can you name that tune?
