Did you get it already? How's the quality of the DVD...how many cameras did they use? Where's it filmed?

Not yet. I just got my "order fulfilled" email today, so I'll probably have it by Friday.

My order of this has shipped from The End a few days ago...should have it by tomorrow or Thursday. Really looking forward to it.

Well...I got my copy today and all I can say is....Wow! What a great set. First off, it comes in a really nice gatefold package, and it really put together well. As for the concert it, it looks terrific, the video quality is very good. They use 4 cameras, Arjen talks about this in the booklet in the DVD, they origianlly planned to use just 2, but another crew who was recording with 2 more cameras made theirs availabe, so they had 4 and it looks great. Not only that, but it sounds AWESOME. Great audio and a lot of crunch, and everyone is in top form here. Every one of the vocalists sounds terrific. It was also so awesome to see them perform a number of Ayreon tracks along with the Star One material.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would have had mine yesterday too, but it looks like it went to the wrong address first!

Anywho, I'm about to watch some of it on my computer here at work. I was very impressed with the package (its just like the Simpsons season 1 package), but I'd like to be able to keep my CDs separate, so I may have to make some custom covers.

I almost requested a copy of this for review but didn't because I hadn't heard Arjen before (and live albums aren't usually the best introduction). Whats it like?

Its good if you love the studio album. I suggest hearing that first.

I watched the behind the scenes stuff on this today. Russell Allen is such a goofball. He's funny.

Im thinking of getting this because I have one Star One CD, and because a package like this is too sweet to pass down.

My only compalint is that The End has gone up on the price of it. Thieves....

They haven't raised the price. It looks like they have JUST the CDs for $13. With the "BONUS" DVD its still $21. I would think "bonus" means its no extra charge, but oh well. The set is still worth it.

Hmmm, When I was there last week it was $23...

I finally picked this up. Terrific set. The sound quality on the CD is great. I never realized how many vocalists there were on each song! I thought they each took a song or two on the album. Its like a musical!
