This song is from about 1993-94. It used to play on the rock and top 40 radio stations.

Throughout the song, female voices sing "Ooh woo hoo hoo". In the chorus, the main singer sings "If you're friends with me, you can be friends with P. If you're down with me, you can be down with P".
