Prince's Lovesexy CD was just one "track" containing multiple songs. Probably doesn't really qualify, and it was annoying as hell.

Miles Davis has a handful of 40 minute songs which are actually good.

The longest recording I own is Spacemen 3 - An Evening of Contemporary Sitar Music (although it was recorded live). It's a little shy of 45 minutes and, of course, contains no actual sitars.
