regarding the grammys: what do the voters look for?
just curious. since the categories contain such a variety of talent what do the voters look for? i mean how can you compare nelly to norah jones (i think their in the same cat.), etc? when it's music, i just dont understand what they focus on. songwriting? overall sound? melodies? arrangement? etc.
can someone with more knowledge explain it to me. thanks!

They look for greased palms and sexual favors.
(At least that's what I have to conclude when I look at their vastly idiotic choices year after year; an awards show for the most subjective of all the arts...
