Here's a guy's thoughts about those who don't value music as much now that they've gotten older. The band he's talking about is the Soundtrack of Our Lives. Their latest cd is excellent and their Letterman performance was powerful. (there is profanity in this essay)

I have quite a few friends that fit into this category. They wonder why I continue to buy music.

That was excellent. Sometimes I find myself fighting to avoid becoming the person he describes.

I liked how he talked about passion for the music, but the soapbox he was standing on made it hard for me to get through the whole thing.

Yeah, the message was good, but I abandoned it about halfway through. The all caps thing drove me batty.
