I'm excited.

Very suprised to hear that he'll be touring with Tim, it was thought that it would just be Dave, solo.

I'll try to go to the central mich show (via the warehouse fan club) and also Purdue (warehouse or tickets from friends already there).

Always, always, ALWAYS on the east coast/midwest.

This pisses us west-coasters off.

I'm surprised he didn't play some west coast shows since he lives in Seattle now.

looks like i'm driving to:

Wed, Mar 19 / Careerbuilder.com Oakdale Theatre / Wallingford, CT

or

Sun, Mar 23 / Eisenhower Hall Theatre-West Point / West Point, NY

odd that no mass dates, that would be better since I'm in VT but CT is like 5 hours from me.

oh well.

i was just thinking, what would be really cool would be if they were to release every show a la Phish's live show binder... meaning a premade binder with a book and every show in the album. that would be phenomenal, and since there is not a large number of dates for this tour, it wouldn't be too large of a binder..

i'd give my left nut for soundboard tapes of every acoustic show Dave and Tim have done... i think i like dave matthews best acoustic with tim... there "Live at Luther College" album is indispensible for me.

i can't wait to hear their more recent songs done acoustically. (i am certain this tour will yield a cd, if not a dvd... since that seems to be the norm for dave nowadays...)
