Anyone hear of The White Lines
 

Saw a video of them (him?) last night at a bar. Can't remember the name of the song but the video was the guy playing guitar and singing on a couch with a chick lying on it in front of a house.

can't find anything on them at cdnow or anywhere.

I think you are talking about The White Stripes - "We're Going to Be Friends."

After reading the thread title, the first thought that came to my mind was, sounds like a tribute/cover band for the White Stripes.
