I know you can't predict what may come out later this year, but there are a ton of new cds coming out in the first half of this year. What are you most looking forward to? For me off the top of my head, it's:

Deftones
Team Sleep
Ill Nino
Cold

Mogwai is due for another release sometime, but I don't know if they'll do anything this year or not. Maybe Interpol and LIARS will put out new stuff as well. I don't know the schedules.

- GangStarr
- Ghostface Killah
- Lauryn Hill
- Killer Mike

- Big Boi (of Outkast) solo project

Well I think that Killer Mike and Ludacris should come out this year.. All others are up the air

DETOX - Dre probably will never come out hahah he moves it back every couple months. First moved it back because he is putting out Rakim and now moving it back cause he just signed Ice Cube and wants to put him out first... damn SOMEday we will get Detox I guess.

Can't really think of any I am anticipating in the first part of this year. I am wishing that Air would have something new out, though.

Already have the Virgin Suicides and the Premiers Symptomes EP? Both are -- I would suggest when you get a chance to also pick up / check out Deck Safari: Part One which doesn't really have Air but has songs chosen from their record collection.

My 2 faves (bon jovi, def leppard) both had new CDs in 2002 so '03 won't have anything from them.... I can't really think of anything I know that's on the horizon.

I think I heard that Opeth is coming out with a new one this year. But I haven't really been paying attention.

they just released "Deliverance" last month. The follow up (and entirely mellow by reports I've read) cd "Damnation" is slated for world-wide release sometime in March.

If Damnation is even close to the album that Deliverance is, It's going to be awesome.

Nope, their is at least 1 or 2 [maybe 3] more albums left from 2PAC... but it will be 1994 material and it is going released by his MOM [AMARU records], nothing to do with DEATH ROW...
