I need help with a song from The Sopranos...

It plays at the end of the 7th episode of Season 3. It's called "Black Books" by Nils Lofgren. My problem is that I've heard it somewhere before, I can't think of where and it's driving me crazy. Is this song prominent in any other movies or tv shows that you can think of?
