...But! I think that Tenacious D needs recognition here. Kielbasa is so funny, and that guitar lick kicks asp. Not the best of all time, and not the best of the 00s ("I Am Trying To Break Your Heart" wins that trophy), but really good, nonetheless

Two of my favorites are on two of the last three Damien Jurado albums. The songs are Medication and Ohio. Both songs are incredible and put me into a Damien Jurado mood.

Too true, all three of those are classic openers. And jeez, "Debaser" should've been way obvious considering my username. Anyway, I can't say enough great things about the Pixies.
