Jennifer Lopez Remixes familiar beats, but from where?
I just got the J to Da LO Remixes album by Jennifer Lopez. And I was listening to track #3 "I'm Gonna Be Alright" and the beat is awfully familiar. I've heard it in another hip-hop/R&B song, but can't pin-point which one.
Can anybody help me?

The beat is originally from "I Got 5 On It" by Luniz (although I'm not sure if/where they sampled it from). Aphrodite did a pretty sweet drum n bass remix of that song.
Then Puffy jacked the beat for his song "Satisfy You."
