What Song Do You Have The Most Versions Of?
I was wondering if we could find out which single song do you have the most different versions of in your CD collection.
For me, I think it's probably All Along The Watchtower. I have Dylan's original version on The Essential Bob Dylan, the Unplugged version, Jimi Hendrex's version on a greatest hits disc, U2's live version on Rattle & Hum and Dave Matthews Band's on Listener Supported. That's five different versions. I'm sure many of you can do a lot better than that, though.... |

I must have over 30 versions (each) of Beethoven's 5th and 9th symphonies, although I'd have to go back and count to be exactly sure:D

With all the live Deep Purple albums I've got, it's probably a tie between 'Smoke on the Water' and 'Highway Star'.
