Weezer - Maladroit
 

Found some unmixed tracks today, 24 of 25, and it sounded pretty good. Couple tracks caught my ear right off the bat but I think I'm going to need a bit to get into this.

Anyone else heard it?

they've been releasing demos on their official website since December... there's probably a couple hundred of them out there.

the album's out on april 30.

I've heard most of what's rumored to be on Maladroit, and I hate to admit it sounds pretty much like what it is: a hurried clone of Green. I know Rivers is prolific, but the songs sound like pale imitations of his better recent work.

really? The demos i've heard sound like a bit of a departure, heading back towards the pinkerton sound... like a happy middle ground between blue/pink/green.... i for one am really looking forward to the album and am sure it will be great...
