Need to know who sings this song...
I downloaded an MP3 called 'Garbage - Beautiful.mp3' while I was looking for Garbage's new cd. But this doesn't seem to be a Garbage song. I had a quick look on cddb.com and can't find any song by Garbage called Beautiful. So I need to know which band this song is from.
It sounds a lot like a band called Breech but there is no song listing by them called Beautiful either.
The genre of song is mellow guitar rock, with some heavy bits in the chorus. The lyrics go like this.
Verse One
If I was beautiful like you
all the things I would do
Those not so blessed
will be crying out murder
And I just laugh
and get away with it too
like you do
Verse Two
If I was beautiful like you
I would never be at fault
I would walk in the rain
between the raindrops
Bringing traffic to a halt
But that will never be
that will never never be
Chorus
Cause I'm not beautiful like you
I'm beautiful like me
I'm beautiful like me
Verse Three
If I was beautiful like you
I'd be quick to assume
They'd to anything to please me, why not
I'd see the reaction
When you walk into the room
But that will never be
and on and on.
Does anyone know who sings this song?
