a friend of mine claims he knows it, but cant figure out where its from.

I thought it was just a random synthloop.

I looked through that website and one of their services is making web-presentations including sound and music. My guess is someone employed there made that song.

Yeah, think it was just made commercially for the website (or its company). Sounds like a cross between a soft Robert Miles track and ATB.
