I've heard this song on the radio a couple times, and it's a really danceable song that makes you tap your feet like the wiseguy's "start the commotion."

Anyways, the only words i can discern are a woman singing "i'm coming out, so you better get this party started"

the song is by pink (even though her hair's blonde in the video), it's called "get this party started".
