is SHAGGY riding on the coat tails of other's Vocal Talents ?
Yes i know he has his unique weird sounding rapping voice but what i think made songs like "It wasn't me" and "luv me luv me" hits are the vocals of the other guy and girl
they deserve at least as much credit
