ELVIS DVDs???

It may be a rare thing to ask for, but I'm a huge ELVIS fan and I know there was a box set released a year or two ago. But every store I go into and ask about it I usually get one of two responses...

"(laughing) Elvis movies???"rotfl

"I've never heard of a Elvis box set."-confused-

Can anyone help?

Thanks.:editking:

I remember a pair of MGM VHS box sets from a few years back: a regular set and deluxe LE box in a guitar case.

But honestly I don't remember any DVD box set.

I remember seeing a box set out there with a few of his movies. But if I recall they are all available seperately and were the same movie only releases. I myself am a big Elvis fan but never really got into his movies. I have Elvis, that's the Way it is SE and really like it. The Aloha from Hawaii concert was a disappointment. I would really like to see This Is Elvis released. At one point early on it was rumored for late 2001 or early 2002 but no more about it.

FYI, we released Blue Hawaii, King Creole, Roustabout and G.I. Blues last year. As individual units, no boxed set. I'm sure you could pick them up online.

Maybe it was the VHS box I was thinking of. And if there hasn't been a DVD box there should be one in the near future.

Beware- a lot of the Elvis DVDs have had songs removed due to licensing problems...
