Very ambitious. Told in a handful of scenes. I feel there is a longer, in depth look at this story to be told. Or maybe it shouldn’t be told.

It didn’t feel cheap. Following the journalists allowed it to avoid a lot of plot depth and explanation.

Saw it in the theater and watched again last night. It's really well done.

Just saw this over the weekend. Overall, I really liked it. Same as some of the other posters here - the sound in his movie is intense/jarring.

If I was going to nitpick, the only thing that I really didnt like was the foreshadowing of the ending.
Spoiler:
As soon as you had that back and forth between Lee and Jessie's character about taking a picture of one of them dying... I was just rolling my eyes.
If this was another production company I would have accepted it... but coming from A24, I was expecting more.

This was ok. The final 20 minutes was wild.

I didn't want to blind buy the 4K disc and since I missed it in theaters decided to rent the digital 4K and it was just ok. The Atmos mix was incredible. I think the main story line should have been filled in with more info spread throughout instead of being dropped in the middle. It's jarring. As others have mentioned, that final act was telegraphed a mile away.

I may buy the 4K disc at some point but once it reaches the $14.95 and under threshold. Or if A24 (or Criterion) decide on a deluxe edition, etc.

I loved the film and picked up the Amazon exclusive 4K when it was on sale for under $25. Video and audio is reference quality.

This movie didn't quite hit home with me despite the fact that I loved the concept and was compelled to buy it blind. It had a ton more potential, IMO. I was hoping it would go deeper into the chaos / demoralization of society - much like The Road. I guess I was hoping it would have been darker.
