Rome and Juliet (1968) Olivia Hussey was mine. A teacher thought it was wise to show us that film to a bunch of 14 year olds.
Edit - Correction. My Dad took me to see the Ship of Terror when I was 11 or 12 and there’s a nude shower scene where the water becomes blood.

Jenny Agutter in Walkabout was my first nude scene. Was she a celebrity at the time?
I'm still surprised the my father sent me to the theater to see that movie. That happened maybe three times.

I 'think' mine was Gaby Fuchs in Werewolf Shadow. Saw it at the theatre with a friend. I would guess I was about 10.
I'm surprised we were allowed to see it, as kids, without adult accompaniment.

Jackie Swanson's scene at the beginning of Lethal Weapon. My dad had recorded a Garfield holiday special for me, and when my mom put what she thought was the recording into the VCR, it turned out to be Jackie's topless scene.

Beverly D'Angelo in National Lampoon's Vacation in the theater when I was seven or eight. Kind of awkward sitting in the theater with my mother watching that movie, and then, bam, there's the mom in that movie naked in the shower.
That was probably the first one I saw, and it was pre-VHS and before we had HBO. I might have seen titties before that because I remember watching Piranha on HBO at a friend's house before that, but it was on a little 12" black and white tv, and I don't remember any nudity. Probably didn't notice it.
On a humorous note, when I was older and we had HBO, Trading Places was on and my grandmother and I were watching it. She wasn't bothered by Jamie Lee Curtis' topless scene, but she was absolutely horrified when Don Ameche said "Fuck him!"

This reminds me of something bizarre: Back in the late 80s or early 90s, my family routinely traveled up to Pennsylvania (my dad was an auctioneer, going there for "shows"). The motel we always stayed at didn't have HBO, but some system where the motel owners played a videotape, which got piped into the TV in all rooms (I guess through some wire-splitting set-up). I remember them showing I COME IN PEACE, and THE UNTOUCHABLES. This one time, they were showing LETHAL WEAPON, and after that scene at the beginning where the topless woman jumped, suddenly the picture re-wound, and the scene played again. And then it re-wound again, and again... 10 year old me thought it a strange glitch, but I later realized the desk clerk was wanting to watch the nudity on a loop, either forgetting (or not caring) that him doing this was going to all the TV's in the motel.

Re: Your First Naked Celebrity

Shit, it's bugging me that I can't remember the first nude scene I watched. First nude pictures was when I found my dad's stash of Penthouses when I was in fourth grade. That I remember.

For me it might've been a fairly unknown actress named Roberta Leighton. She was Bill Murray's girlfriend in the first few minutes of Stripes. It was either her, or Kathleen Turner in Body Heat, or possibly Bo Derek in Tarzan, the Ape Man.

I've tried to explain to my Millennial and Gen Z cohorts what it was like growing up a young adolescent male before the internet, and they just can't ever comprehend. Finding your dad's stash of magazines, watching late night scrambled cable just hoping to get a glimpse of boobs, or staying up till 4am watching late night HBO. Even when the internet first came around, it might take half an hour to download a single picture from a newsgroup on a 14.4 modem. And there were no preview images, you had to hope what you were downloading was what was described. So yeah, most of the boomers and Xers in this thread have distinct memories while younger people dont think anything of it because it was so easy and commonplace.

Roxanne Brewer in Hooper. There's a scene where she's topless and pops out of a cake. I would have been about 9 years old at the time.

Probably Jane Fonda in BARBARELLA (1968)--in a theater of course.

Wait, unless I missed it, has nobody mentioned Michelle Johnson in Blame It On Rio?!? Holy Moses, catching on HBO her full frontal scene shooting pre-internet “selfies” for Michael Caine’s horndog was the day I became a man. I might have seen a stray boob before that, but seeing EVERYTHING was quite an eye opener in those dark, primitive days for a young man.

Home video wasn't really a thing, and we didn't have cable until much later so I'm going to guess that it was JoBeth Williams in the theatrical run of Kramer vs. Kramer. I would have been 7, and I do very specifically remember seeing that scene in the theater.

I was 12 in 1970 and my dad wanted to go see MASH. My mom wasn’t interested so I seized the moment and told him I would go with him. I was surprised he agreed to take me, so Sally Kellerman is my qualifier for this thread and MASH was also my first R rated movie too,

I was born in 76 and my parents had all the cable channels and took me to all kinds of movies (even saw a topless Vegas magic show with them and my grandparents when I was like 14 which would have made my brother 10) so I don't have a distinct memory. Boobs were just all over 80s movies.
That said, I am sure it was Tanya Roberts in Beastmaster. That was my brother's favorite movie and we watched it constantly. That's the earliest that came to mind - I didn't see things like Trading Places and Fast Times until I was older.

For me it was Joyce Hyser in Just One of the Guys, on HBO in the 80s. I'm not sure if I saw that or European Vacation first, but I know I saw both around the same time and I don't think that the topless aerobics scene counts as they aren't celebrities.

Definitely naked. Iirc, there was an initial shot of her jiggling in a t-shirt, then a later passenger montage had her topless. Either that or you saw the TV version.

The topless shot happened when passengers were told to assume crash position. Shot of passengers in a panic. Topless woman runs into the shot, pauses, then continues running off-screen to the right.

Tough one.
Maybe Daryl Hannah's rump in Splash? Or maybe Brooke Shields (body double) in Blue Lagoon or Tanya Roberts in Beastmaster? They were all around the same time, so surely one of those.

Re: Your First Naked Celebrity
My first naked celebrity was not in a film that I had seen (at the time). I was too young back in '72 to see R-Rated films, but I found a Playboy my father had hidden in the basement. It was the November '72 issue which had the magazine's annual "Sex in Cinema" feature. There was a still or two from "The Last Picture Show" of Cybill Shepard topless, and for all the nudity in the magazine, that was what made an impression on me, since she was a recognizable young actress who had been on all the talk shows of the time.
The first R-Rated film I saw with nudity was "Zardoz".
