Just saw this and thought it was okay. It held my interest but I was ready for it to wrap up about 20 minutes before it did.

I also thought it was merely okay, like it's just been made too late. Feels based more other movies than someone's actual life experiences.

This was so entertaining. I didn’t pay attention to commercials bc I don’t go to theaters anymore, and thus really wasn’t interested.

But, I got this on Vudu using a gift card and it was credit really well used. Just highly entertaining from beginning to end. I want to see Elvis now bc of Austin Butler, who has a glorious mane of hair.

No plot but who cares when you get actors that embody these characters.

Hardy is just good in everything, even the horrible Venom movies he can show his slow drawl, cool James Dean demeanor. And, this Butler was great too. But, Comer was the standout, certainly.

If this was historically accurate or not it was a damn fine movie.

I will get around to this one eventually, if only because it was filmed entirely in this area, including two of my old neighborhood bars. The bridge shots in the trailer are instantly recognizable.
