Static arm holds are a bit of an odd choice, even with chains and at different elbow angles. I'd go with the Zercher squat instead, but maybe there's the fear of CNS fatigue. Wonder if that's the same trainer she worked with for the last film. She had a pretty impressive hip thrust at that point. I think it was like 400-something with a partial range of motion.

I remember watching this movie in theaters and the general plot, but I honestly have no recollection of how she got her super powers. She was a fighter pilot, did she fly through a radioactive cloud or something?
