I’ll watch it. The first one was surprisingly enjoyable to me. Plus the ending of the first one sets up certain characters to come into play in the sequel, which should be fun.

Actually I’m a bit surprised Carrey agreed to play Robotnik as he’s not one to do many sequels.

The first movie is really pretty fun for what it is if you ask me. I’m down for a sequel. Should be fun seeing more of the Sonic characters like Tails and maybe Knuckles in the sequel.

That's a helluva name for a silly project like this. I mean Jim Carrey was a win too, but it fits more with his style.

Definitely in for this. Looks like a fun time. Tails and Knuckles both look great. Kind of wish Carrey was a little bigger for Robotnik, but not a huge issue.

Looks great and Knuckles sounds amazing.
I've never gotten really deep into the lore, but apparently it's, uh, deep. Like lots of stuff to get into so maybe they can do a lot of these movies.

I liked the 1st movie. In fact, I just got the 4K disc on Black Friday. (Still can't sell the damn digital copy you cheap bastards;))

So yeah I'll watch the sequel. The trailer looks fun. I admit I saw the 1st movie very late. I rented it on digital months after it's theatrical run wrapped as I originally didn't plan to see it. But, I found it really fun.

I have to admit that trailer looked much better then it had any right to be. The first movie was much better then it had any right to be. It's just a fun series that's very true to the original character. This really has me worried about the mario movie. It just seems like this kind of thing where you take a very well known character and "modernize" him and upgrade him for a feature length film is a very difficult balancing act. I mean look at what they had to do for the first Sonic movie. And the fact that they cast Chris Pratt just makes feel like it's just the Hollywood execs making all the decisions again. I think the two things they have to do are keep it fun and keep it faithful.
