Not really surprising, considering 95% of us are quarantined at home with nothing better to do. That said, I enjoyed it for what it was, and would probably watch a sequel if they made it..

A thought that crossed my mind while watching this: What would viewers' reactions be if this movie was set in an American city, and Hemsworth was murdering US cops and SWAT teams? Most of the dudes he killed were just blokes trying to do their day job.


... with that said. It was refreshing to see an action movie set in non-typical countries.

I thought it was established with a throwaway line that they were all corrupt cops and it was basically one drug lord’s henchmen vs. another drug lord’s henchmen. Really no innocent lives lost.

Although, your comment reminds me of the prison break sequence in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol where Ethan and Benji nonchalantly allow a bunch of correctional officers to be brutally murdered so Ethan can escape.

I thought this was pretty well done. The action choreography and camera work were second to none. Hemsworth did well with this role, which I kind of expected.

Watched it last night. Enjoyed it. Good brutal fight and gun scenes. Not much plot but I didn't expect there to be much.

I also experienced the low dialogue issue. Several times my wife asked "what did he say?"

Not sure why, but I get that with any Netflix and Disney+ content, but not with Amazon Prime.

Finally got to this tonight. While there were some good action sequences, I didn't think there was anything nearly interesting enough between them to justify the interminable two hour running time. I think I would have liked this movie a lot more at 90 minutes.
